Other charges:
- We do not charge to forward voice mail and fax messages to an
e-mail address.
- If we have to transcribe a voice mail message and send it to you
via fax or surface mail, we charge US$5 per message plus any postage
charges.
- We charge US$2.50 for the first page and US$1.50 for each page
thereafter to forward a fax to a fax machine and debit your postage
account accordingly.
- If you instruct us to open your mail, scan it, and forward it
to you as an e-mail attachment the following charges will apply:
US$2.50 (1-2 pages); US$5.00 (3-5 pages); US$10 (6-10 pages).
- We charge US$1.20 per message to transcribe and forward--via email--messages
taken by one of our secretaries (applies to our live secretary
service only).
- When we forward your physical mail, we charge you the cost of
postage plus 10 percent. By way of example, if the postage cost
to forward a letter is US$1.00, we add 10 percent (ten cents) to
this and debit your postage account US$1.10.
